These Terms of Use govern your use of the Click on Map mobile app and this website. By downloading, accessing, or using Click on Map, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
About Click on Map
Click on Map is a geography guessing game. The app may show a mystery location through map or street imagery, allow you to inspect visual clues, ask you to place a guess on a map, calculate distance between your guess and the actual location, and award points. The app includes solo play, configurable modes, round timers, score summaries, and Apple Game Center multiplayer features.
Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for making sure your use of Click on Map is allowed where you live and on the device you use. Some features, especially multiplayer, may require an Apple account, Game Center access, a network connection, and compatible device settings. Your Apple account and Game Center use are governed by Apple’s terms and policies.
Personal and Fair Use
You may use Click on Map for personal entertainment, learning, and friendly competition. You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, disrupt multiplayer matches, harass other players, impersonate others, interfere with app services, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use the app in a way that damages the experience for other users.
Gameplay, Scoring, and Results
Scores are calculated using game logic based on your guess, the actual location, distance, round settings, and other gameplay rules. Scores and results are provided for entertainment and may not always be perfectly accurate due to map data, coordinate precision, imagery availability, bugs, connectivity issues, or device behavior.
Best scores, round summaries, and multiplayer standings may change or reset because of app updates, device changes, deleted app data, platform issues, or game state errors.
Multiplayer Rules
Game Center multiplayer is provided for live competitive play. By entering multiplayer, you understand that your display name, score, player state, match progress, and gameplay results may be visible to other players in the same match. You agree to play respectfully and not intentionally disconnect, spam, abuse, exploit, or interfere with other players’ matches.
Multiplayer availability depends on Apple Game Center, your network, device compatibility, and other players. Matches may fail, disconnect, desynchronize, or become unavailable. Click on Map is not responsible for Game Center outages, account restrictions, matchmaking delays, or network problems.
Map, Imagery, and Location Services
Click on Map may use Apple Maps, Apple Look Around, Google Street View, MapKit, or related third-party map services. Map labels, street imagery, road coverage, traffic information, geographic boundaries, and location data may be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or inaccurate.
The world location data used by Click on Map is based on codergautam/worldguessr. That source is acknowledged for providing location data used to support gameplay.
The app is not intended for navigation, safety decisions, emergency use, travel planning, legal boundary determination, or any real-world decision where accurate geographic information is required. Use official sources for real-world navigation and safety.
Third-Party Services
Some features depend on third-party platforms and services, including Apple, Google, Firebase Hosting, email providers, and Google Forms. Those services may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features independently. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and account settings.

This website provides product information, legal information, and support contact options. Support can be reached at bobbywang0225@gmail.com or through the form on the Contact page. Response time is usually within 3-5 business days, but support timing is not guaranteed.
When requesting support, include your device model, iOS version, app version, and issue details. Support communications should be respectful, relevant, and free of harmful files or abusive content.
Intellectual Property
Click on Map, its design, app icon, website, interface, game structure, text, graphics, and other original materials are owned by the app creator or licensed for use. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, or use these materials except as allowed by these terms, app store rules, or applicable law.
Map imagery, map data, platform names, Apple Game Center, Apple Maps, Look Around, Google Street View, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners.
User Feedback
If you send feedback, ideas, bug reports, feature suggestions, or other comments, you allow us to use them to improve Click on Map without owing compensation or creating an obligation to implement them.
Updates and Changes
Click on Map may be updated to add, change, or remove features, rules, visual design, gameplay behavior, map providers, support methods, or compatibility. Some updates may be required for continued use. Older versions may stop working or may not support current services.
Purchases and Availability
If Click on Map later offers paid downloads, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other paid features, those transactions may be handled by Apple or another platform provider and may be subject to that provider’s payment, refund, and subscription rules. App availability may vary by country, device, operating system version, or platform rules.
Disclaimers
Click on Map and this website are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the app or website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, accurate, or available in every region. We do not guarantee that map data, street imagery, scoring, multiplayer, or support services will always work as expected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Click on Map’s creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, scores, access, goodwill, profits, or other losses related to your use of or inability to use the app, website, map services, multiplayer, or third-party services.
Termination
You may stop using Click on Map at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue access to features if needed to protect the app, comply with law, respond to abuse, address security issues, or maintain service quality.
